Waffles
Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 Tbs natural sugar
1/8 tsp cinnamon
Few dashes of salt
1 cup soymilk or rice milk (approx)
1 Tbs melted margarine or oil
1/2 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Whisk ingredients together until just mixed. Don't overbeat.
Pour into hot, oiled waffle iron.
Cook for about 3 minutes, or until done.
Serve with desired toppings.
Variations:
Add 1/3 cup blueberries or chopped apples to batter.
