Salsa Black Beans and Rice
Ingredients:
3 cups of cooked rice
1 can of Black Beans, drained and rinised
1 jar of Salsa, or to your taste
1 bunch of Green Onions
1 Red Pepper
Directions:
Combine everything in a large bowl and mix
throughly, or place in a large enough Tupperware bowl and shake well.
This is great served on a bed of lettuce or even wrapped in a Tortilla.
