No Cook Oatmeal Ingredients: 1 Handful of Walnuts (oarsely chopped or broken) 1 Handful of Raisins (or other dried fruit chopped into the size of a Raisin) 1 Cup of Oatmeal (I prefer the thick style, do not use instant) 1 Cup of Water 2 Tbls. Flax Seeds Directions: Add Walnuts, Raisins and Oatmeal into a bowl, mix well, add water and let sit overnight. In the morning, grind flax seeds and stir into the Oatmeal. Add your favorite sliced fruit or berries and pour on rice milk or soy milk. |
